All participants imported into the platform, by manual upload or automated file transfers, are located under the PEOPLE tab. Click manage participants to view your participant list.

In the manage participants table you can view all employees that have been imported into the platform. To view additional demographics connected to each employee, filter your column settings.
To adjust column settings, click on more options (three vertical three dots), in the upper right corner of the screen. Select the demographics you want to view and close column settings. More information on the available options under more options can be found here.

Filter your view using the search box available in each column. Columns can be sorted by hovering over the column name and selecting the arrow. Edits can be made to individual participants by clicking the participants Employee ID.
To individually add participants to the platform, click the orange plus icon in the top right corner. For bulk participant uploads and edits, click import to upload a .xlsx or .csv file containing participant information. Employee ID is a required field for the import to be successful. Export allows you to export the participant list based on the demographic columns selected and applied filters. Learn more about imports and exports here.
