Summary

Your summary widget provides an overview of responses for your selected survey. All survey data collected on a Likert rating scale (single select question type) is displayed. Data can be viewed & filtered by question, key drivers, category, or demographic.

To change views, use the view by dropdown menu in the first column to view your results by question, key drivers, category, or demographic.
Click the filter icon to select certain questions, categories, demographics, or key driver items you want displayed in the summary chart. The filter icon will be orangewhen items are filtered.
Edit the columns you wish to view by using the customize columns (three vertical lines) icon in the top right of the widget. You can add or remove columns from view to fit your needs.
N: Total number of responses for the question, category, or demographic.
Mean: The average score for each question, category, or demographic.
% Favorable: The percent of responses that are a 4 or a 5 when using a 5-point Likert scale.
Comparison to company: If you have access to all survey data (no DLA restrictions), the comparison to company column shows you how many percentage points above or below each question/category/demographic is when compared to the overall favorability score. The overall favorability score can be found on the dashboard page.
If you have data-specific access (DLA), the comparison to company column shows you how many percentage points above or below each question/category/demographic is when compared to that same question/category/demographic score for the entire company.
Historical comparison: You can compare your survey results to an earlier date range or compare to a results from a different survey. Select the down arrow to bring up the comparison options. Use may use the "type to search" bar to search for the survey name you want to compare to or scroll through the list of available surveys.
When comparing to a different survey, items that are the same across the surveys will display the number of % favorability points above or below your current survey score is compared to the scores from the selected survey. Blue arrows pointing up mean your current survey has a higher favorability score for that item than the survey you are comparing it to. If there is no matching data point, a dash (-) is displayed in the column.
When comparing to an earlier date range for the same survey, items will display the number of % favorability points above or below your current survey score is compared to the survey scores from the selected date range. If your current survey view is for 1/1/23 - 3/31/23 and you selected to compare to last month, the comparison column will compare results from 12/1/22 - 12/31/22.
