The raw data export contains all participant responses for a single survey. This download includes the participants employee ID, survey completion date, and demographic information (if selected), and survey responses.
Raw data can be used to run additional data analytics that are not provided within the platform, reviewing responses on non-confidential surveys, or viewing survey responses with only dropdown questions.
To help maintain confidentiality, access to raw data is restricted at the user level. If you wish to utilize raw data for your survey results, reach out to the person that provided you platform access.
Download Raw Data File
Set your data filters to the needed survey, timeframe, and demographics (optional) you wish to view data for. Once set, click on more options (three vertical dots) in the REPORTS tab to select the raw data report.
Use the demographics dropdown menu to select the demographic information you wish to include in the export. Keep as "no breakout" if you don't want demographic data included. Click export to download your raw data file.
To schedule this report to be pushed via email on a set cadence, provide the email addresses and select the frequency of report (weekly, monthly, or quarterly), then hit save. Once saved, you can find these reports in your favorites page. Here you can edit, download, or delete your saved reports.
