Guide: Questions to Include for Targeted Reporting

Certain reporting charts are only available when specific questions from the People Element Question Library are utilized. This guide outlines which survey questions must be included in your survey in order to generate these reporting charts.

 

Please note, questions must be pulled directly from the question library. Custom questions will not produce these reporting charts.

Targeted Charts

Below you will find all available targeted charts along with the survey question/s you’ll need to include from our Question Library in order for that chart to display in your reporting.

Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)

Add either of these questions: 

  • How likely would you be to recommend the organization as a good place to work?
  • I would recommend this organization as a good place to work

Engagement: Engaged Employees, Engagement Benchmark, Top Drivers of Engagement, & Engagement

You must include all 6 of the below questions to generate any/all of the available engagement charts.

  1. I am motivated to go beyond what is normally expected of me to help the organization be successful
  2. I don't consider looking for a new job elsewhere
  3. I feel proud to work for this organization
  4. I plan to be here at least 1 year from now
  5. I would recommend this organization as a good place to work
  6. My work gives me a sense of personal accomplishment

Likely to Stay & Projected Turnover 

Include library question:

  • I plan to be here at least 1 year from now

Projected Turnover is designed for surveys that collect data on an ongoing basis, and will not appear in point-in-time surveys.

Likely to Return

Include library question:

  • I would consider returning to the organization


Always Available Report Visuals 

If you have received enough responses to populate, the below visuals will be available on your Dashboard regardless of the questions added to your survey.
