In this article, we are exploring the My Surveys page, a vital component of our platform that allows users to manage various surveys. This page serves as a centralized hub where you can view all created surveys.
To view your created surveys, click on Manage Surveys within the Survey page.
In the My Surveys page, you can easily access all saved surveys and have the option to build new ones. The page displays several columns that provide an overview of essential survey settings, including Survey Name, Type, Start Date, End Date, Frequency, and Status. The Actions column provides you with convenient options to manage your survey further.
In the search fields located beneath each column header, you can enter specific text to filter and refine the surveys displayed in your view. You can also sort an individual column A-Z or Z-A using the arrow button next to the column name.
In the Actions column, you have quick access to a variety of functions that allow you to manage your survey effectively:
Settings - Click the settings wheel to access the survey settings. For more information, review our Survey Settings article.
Preview - Click the page with magnifying glass icon to access a preview of your survey. This feature also allows you to send a test email of the survey or print the survey to pdf. For more information, review our Survey Preview article.
Copy - Click the multi page icon to copy your survey. For more information, click review our article on copying surveys here.
Delete - To delete a survey, simply click on the orange trash can icon. Please note that if there are any responses linked to the survey, you will be unable to delete the survey.
