Why is my user roles card missing from my PEOPLE tab?
If you don't have access to all surveys, you are unable to add or edit platform users. Check in with the person who gave you access to the platform to provide you access to all surveys in your user profile.
What is DLA?
Data Level Access (DLA) allows you to control user permissions based on specific demographic data within the platform. This feature ensures that , during reporting, users are only able to view data that is pertinent to their respective roles.
What is SLA?
Survey Level Access (SLA) functions similarly to DLA by restricting the surveys that users can access within the platform. This ensures that, during reporting, users are only able to view data from the surveys for which they have permission. Any data from surveys outside of their designated access will remain concealed. This approach is designed to ensure that users engage with only the information pertinent to their roles.
