The default relationship groups for manager 360 surveys are supervisor and direct report. To edit or add new relationships go to the raters page, click more options and select manage rater groups. Here, you can edit a current relationship, delete a relationship, or add another relationship. The self relationship can’t be edited or removed.
To add a new relationship, click + add another relationship. Type the relationship name and click the blue check mark.
To edit an existing relationship, click on the blue pencil icon. Make your changes then click the blue check mark to save.
To delete a relationship, click the orange trashcan.
When finished, click save.
