HotSpot

The hotspot heat map targets which populations have the greatest impact on the overall favorability score and helps to identify which are areas of focus. You can view/filter the percent favorability scores for any demographic by question or category.

The numbers in each cell are the question/category percent favorability score for each demographic item. To view responses by a different demographic, utilize the view by dropdown menu to change the demographic displayed. Only responses from single select survey items that are connected to a demographic will populate in the HotSpot chart.
To view the chart by category or question, select the arrow directly to the right of View By Category/Question to change. To the left of this, you will find an icon to filter your question/category to display in the hotspot chart. This icon will be orange if filters are on.
The number of respondents (N)  row is the number of responses for each demographic item in the chart. The overall % favorable row shows the overall percent favorability score for each demographic item column. The overall column shows the overall percent favorability scores for each question or category.
