If a web page is not displaying properly, it may be helpful to clear your browser's cache. Performing a hard refresh clears the cache for that specific page, which often resolves loading issues and allows the page to display correctly.
Go to the People Element Platform login page.
Right click on the web page and select Inspect.
Right click on the refresh button at the top of the browser page. Select Empty Cache & Hard Reload.
You can select the X located at the top right of the Inspect screen to close out the page and get back to the People Element Platform or you can close out the browser and open a new session.
