The dropdown chart displays the data collected from your dropdown question types in the reporting section. At the top of the chart, you will see the question text, accompanied by the total number of responses received (N = #).
The "Selection" column displays all answer options selected by your survey participants. In the "Frequency" column, you will find the percentage of responses to each selection while the "Count" column provides the total number of responses received for each selection.
You can use the "sort by" filter to adjust the way your selections are sorted.
- 100% - 0% will sort by frequency from high to low.
- 0% - 100% will sort by frequency from low to high.
- A - Z will sort by selection in alphabetical order
- Z - A will sort by selection in reverse alphabetical order
Like all other reporting charts, the dropdown chart can be expanded to full screen size or removed from your report view. Additionally, you have the option to export this chart to excel using the blue download icon.
