Why is the Dashboard showing a higher response number than number invited?
The total invited and total response numbers are based on the date range selected in the data filters. The number invited is based on the date a person is assigned to the survey. During the timeframe selected, you may have had more responses to a survey than people added to the survey. This is common for exit and new hire survey types.

Why can't I see the total number invited on the dashboard?
The total number of invited is based on the survey assigned date. Adjust your timeframe in the data filters to include the date you assigned participants to the survey. This is common for point in time surveys. If you're running an anonymous survey, you will not see a total number invited since the survey is not assigned to participants within the platform.

Earlier I had more responses to the survey than I do now. How did the number of responses go down?
You might need to adjust your date range in the data filters. If locked responses is turned off, a participant can return to their survey at any time to add or edit responses. If responses are edits, the completed date for that participant changes.
