Create Your Manager 360 Raters

Once you have selected your subjects and clicked save, you will be taken to the raters tab. This is where you will assign the raters for each subject in your survey. Review the subjects article here for instructions on setting up your manager 360 subjects if not already complete.

The default relationship groups are supervisor and direct report. To edit or add new relationships, click more options and select manage rater groups. Here, you can edit a current relationship, delete a relationship, or add another relationship. The self relationship can’t be edited or removed, and each subject will be auto assigned as a rater with the self relationship. When finished, click save.

To add raters, you will need to download the raters import template using the download icon on the raters page. This will download an Excel file that includes all subjects assigned to the survey with their relationship as self. Once downloaded, add your raters and save to your machine. All columns in the rater import template are required and the column headers can’t be changed. Do not edit the subjects self-relationship rows.

Click more options and select import. Follow the on-screen instructions to import your file.

You may also add raters one at a time by clicking the orange plus sign in the top right of the screen. Select the subject they will be rating, followed by the rater’s first and last name, email address, and the rater’s relationship to the subject. Click add.

 

If you imported manager IDs prior to assigning subjects to your survey, you will notice that all system-identified direct reports and supervisors have been automatically added as raters for you. Each subject has also been assigned to rate themselves. Self-relationships are unable to be deleted or edited. To delete or edit a rater, click the trashcan icon or settings wheel, respectively.
