All People Element Platform users can connect with our Support team at any time via email at support@peopleelement.com. We will respond to your messages during office hours in the order they were received.

All People Element Platform users can connect directly with our Support team via live chat while working in the platform. To access live chat, click on the chat bubble in the lower left corner of your screen.

If you are trying to connect with our Support team after hours or when all agents are unavailable, you can leave us a message via live chat. Make sure to give us your email and a detailed message so that we can connect back with you during office hours.
Tips for Reaching out to Support
Contact Information: Please provide us with the email address that you would like us to use to contact you.
Detailed Message: Please provide us with as much information as possible so that we can assist you more effectively and promptly. This includes details such as the name of the survey, the users/participants affected, the location within the platform, and any specific details about the issue you are experiencing. If you have screenshots or videos that capture what you are experiencing, please send those with your message.
Is this urgent: If you have an urgent matter, please don't hesitate to inform us. This allows us to prioritize your issue based on its significance and provide you with prompt assistance.
