Survey
To build your survey, go to the SURVEYS tab at the top of the screen. From there, click build a survey under create new survey. Title your survey and select the Manager 360 template. Click save and continue.

Questions
Edit Survey Text
You can modify any behaviors as needed by clicking the text and typing over it. An edit you may consider is:

Modifying question text to match your organizational language. For example, our template refers to managers, but you can modify this text to say supervisor.
To edit a competency name, hover over the competency and click the pencil icon. Make your updates and hit save.

Add Competencies & Behaviors
To add competencies or behaviors to your survey, first look at the library provided. There are additional behaviors in the Manager competency that can be added to your survey. To add, drag and drop into your survey.

Delete Behaviors
Clicking the trashcan icon will remove the behavior from your survey.

Additional Survey Design Features
See the following additional survey design features available to you when building your survey.
To add new competencies, click the orange plus sign, type in your competency name, and click add.

Checking the require all questions box will require survey participants to respond to all behaviors in the competency before they can move to the next competency group in the survey.

Clicking more options (i.e. vertical ellipsis) towards the top right of the survey will open a menu with more options to customize your answer set and/or reorder your competencies.

Customize Answer Set
Use a different answer set other than our default 1-5 agreement scale. Create your own answer scale by clicking the plus sign. Name your custom answer scale and click add.

Add your answer choices in the blank spaces provided and when done, click apply to all to apply the changes to your entire survey, or save to use at the question level.

Reordering Categories (Competencies)
Choosing this option will allow you to drag and drop your competencies into the order you would like them to appear in the survey.

When finished building your survey, click save and continue. All changes will be lost if this is not done. Clicking save and continue will take you to the survey settings. For more information on the settings screen, see our Manager 360 Survey Settings article.
