Anonymous surveys provide you the option to collect feedback using a general survey link that does not connect employee demographics to survey responses.
To launch an anonymous survey, you will need to complete the anonymous survey settings. For further details on general survey settings, review this article.
Set up: Will your survey be point in time, always on, or a pulse survey?
Assign Participants: Select anonymous to reveal additional settings.

The anonymous survey URL will automatically be created for you but you can customize the end of the URL for your survey. For example, some people like to include the name of their survey or company. To copy the URL, simply click on the copy button.
Allow this survey to be taken multiple times on the same device by using the multiple response feature. This is helpful for kiosks or shared computers. Locked responses must be turned on first to activate multiple responses.
- Toggled On (Blue):Allow the survey to be taken multiple times on the same device. This can only be toggled on if lock responses in the response options section is turned on first.
- Toggled Off: The survey can only be taken once per device.

The lock responses feature must be toggled on (blue) to use the multiple response feature. Find lock responses in the response options section of the survey settings.

Toggled On: Participants are not permitted to edit their survey responses once submitted.

Toggled Off: Participants are permitted to return to their survey, on the same device, to edit their responses while the survey is open.
If you want to add a second level of security to the survey, you can create a password. If a password is used, each survey participant will need to enter the password before they can enter the survey.

While anonymous surveys can help you capture honest feedback, it also limits your ability to filter data by helpful demographics such as department or location.
