Calling

Help boost your participation rates by including live phone data collection to your surveys! With this feature, People Element will reach out to participants by phone to capture their survey responses. These individuals are skillfully trained to communicate and collect responses on the various types of surveys within the platform. In 2021, healthcare provider clients running exit surveys without calling as a data collection option had an average of 44% participation. Healthcare provider clients running exit surveys with calling as a data collection type, had an average of 63% participation.

Language

Adding language to your platform provides you and your audience the ability to respond to surveys in their preferred language. With multilingual surveys, you give your employees the opportunity to better understand survey questions and feel more comfortable providing feedback. This results in more accurate data for you. Our platform has 100+ languages to choose from, all of which can be easily translated within a couple of clicks.

Manager 360

A Manager 360 is a development tool used to provide managers with feedback from a 360-degree perspective (peers, supervisor, direct reports, etc.). People that work closely with managers can rate them on key competencies and behaviors, with results reported back in an individualized report. The purpose is to provide the manager with balanced feedback and a solid understanding of their strengths and areas of opportunity. The benefits of using our Manager 360 are:

Coached Survey

Here’s what is included in a coached survey:
Project Kickoff
Our kickoff sets the foundation for success by aligning your survey goals with your overall strategy. Together, we’ll define roles, communication, and timelines so your team is clear and confident from the start.

Survey Design
Working session offering expert guidance to design surveys tailored to your organization's needs. This session will guide you through designing and building your surveys, addressing your questions, and gathering feedback. Please request this session 2–3 weeks prior to your survey launch date.
Participant Management

We’ll teach you how to get your employee information into the People Element Platform and utilize that information to assign employees to the correct surveys. This includes detailed instruction on managing your employee data file, understanding required and optional fields, and ensuring data accuracy for seamless integration.

Communication Plan Guidance​

Get feedback on your internal communication plan. Our experts will review your messaging, suggest ways to improve engagement and participation, and provide recommendations to ensure your plan supports strong response rates and effective stakeholder communication.

Pre-launch Project Check​​

We want your project to launch seamlessly for your people. Before going live, our team performs a final quality check on your project settings to ensure everything is set up for success. You’ll then receive a confirmation email with any recommendations or adjustments to maximize impact.

Understanding Your Reports
Once results start coming in, your coach will schedule a screen share session to walk you through all available reporting features. During this session, they’ll answer your questions, share best practices for communicating insights across your organization, and highlight ways to turn data into action.

Executive Presentation

This 90-minute session, led by a People Element expert, gives your executive team a clear, actionable view of your survey results. Together, we’ll uncover key strengths and opportunities, answer leadership questions, and align on next steps to drive meaningful change.
