Engagement Group Definitions

Employee engagement can be defined as "The emotional connection an employee feels toward the organization and its goals". The People Element engagement index is a scale measuring the level of commitment, effort, connection, and advocacy a person feels towards their company. Based on responses given to the engagement index items, each employee is put into one of four engagement groups.
