How to Leave Feedback in the Platform

We value your feedback and want to make it easy for you to share your ideas and suggestions with us. Our Give Feedback button is designed specifically for collecting feedback that helps us improve the People Element platform and shape our product roadmap.


Where to Leave Feedback

You can leave feedback directly in the platform by clicking the lightbulb icon in the top-right corner of the page or by clicking here. When you click the icon, a feedback form will appear.


How the Feedback Form Works

  1. Work Email Address

    Enter your work email so we can understand who is providing the feedback. This allows us to follow up if we have clarifying questions or to share future enhancement updates with you related to your feedback.

  2. Feedback Category

    Select one or multiple options for what your feedback relates to

  3. Your Feedback

    This is where you describe your idea, suggestion, or feedback in detail. The 'what', 'why', and 'how' are very helpful! The more context you provide, the better we can provide solutions that are meaningful to you. 

Helpful vs. Less Helpful Feedback Examples

  • Less helpful: “More comparison of data.”

  • More helpful: “I’d like a way to see how one of my departments is trending in the communication category on the hotspot so that I can easily compare results between the last engagement survey and this engagement survey. I prefer the hotspot visual for my reporting needs.”

The detailed version gives our product team a clearer understanding of your need and how you’d like to see it addressed.


When to Use the Feedback Form vs. When to Reach Out

  • Use the Give Feedback button for:

    • General ideas or suggestions for improving the platform

    • Feedback on features you’d like to see in the future

    • Sharing your experience using the platform in a way that could help shape our roadmap

  • 📧 Reach out to your PE Contact or Support if:

    • Your feedback is urgent or time-sensitive

    • You need help with a technical issue or something that is not working as expected

    • You need support with survey strategy, reviewing your reports, or other services
